When customers use Tradewinds, we may process operational information they choose to provide, such as freight, driver, vehicle, document, invoice, expense, and compliance information.

We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as device and browser data, IP-derived security information, pages or features used, and event or diagnostic data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Tradewinds; create and manage accounts; respond to requests; deliver support and service communications; process transactions; prevent fraud and abuse; meet legal obligations; and improve our services. We may use business contact information to send relevant Tradewinds outreach. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Cloudflare for hosting, security, and bot protection; Google Analytics for site and service usage measurement; Stripe for payment-related services; and Resend for email delivery. These providers may receive information needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy practices.

Demo requests from people who do not become customers are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless deletion is requested earlier or retention is required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate business or legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Tradewinds is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
